CEN and partners, Concern Worldwide received 259 concerns and feedback from 148 females and 111 males, which were forwarded to the relevant humanitarian actors. Some of these have been responded to, and others are in process. The main areas of concern were overcrowding in Onwards Transportation Assistance (OTA), overcrowded and under-resourced health facilities, lack of mosquito nets and NFIs, and unsafe conditions.
The resumption of OTA provided significant relief for the communities, helping to reduce the burden on the limited services within the transit centre (TC). The PSAs are actively prioritizing and addressing the communities’ needs.
