Overview
Between 24 November and 05 December 2025, Malakal recorded 193 community feedback entries across the PoC, Transit Centre, and town IDP sites. The main concerns were Humanitarian Assistance, Nutrition, Health, SNFIs, FSL, Protection, WASH, and CCM. Humanitarian Assistance dominated, with requests for faster travel processing, fairer distributions, and support for vulnerable groups, alongside appreciation for cash, transport, and awareness programs from WFP, IOM, DRC, and WOCO. Nutrition feedback focused on higher rations of high-energy biscuits and peanuts, especially for children and boat journeys, with positive mentions of IMC and Plan International. Protection concerns included theft, overcrowding, and prioritization gaps for elderly and disabled; suggestions included reduced boat capacity, security checks, ladders, and on-board first aid. Health issues included poor treatment, limited medicines, and requests for ORS, with positive notes for hygiene promotion and maternal nutrition.
