Overview
Between 8 and 23 November 2025, 212 pieces of community feedback were collected across Renk, Abukadra, Joda, and the Transit Centre. Food Security and Livelihoods was the most frequently raised concern, followed by Protection, Shelter/NFIs, WASH, Health, Nutrition, Humanitarian Assistance, and Education/CCCM. Most feedback consisted of requests and complaints, with communities reporting inadequate food assistance, delays in cash distributions, shortages of NFIs, overcrowding, poor sanitation, and limited healthcare.
They also highlighted serious vulnerabilities, including child hunger, exploitation risks for girls, theft, and insecurity within transit centres. Concerns included insufficient supplies, poor crowd management, and the suspension of relocation, which worsened congestion and living conditions. Despite these challenges, positive feedback acknowledged WFP cash support, high-energy biscuits, nutrition services, NFIs from UNHCR and ACTED, and the usefulness of the CEN in forwarding complaints.
