Malakal, South Sudan | October 27 – November 7, 2025 / Issue#10
Overview
Between 27 October and 9 November 2025, the CEN Malakal team collected 160 feedback entries from PoC sites, IDP camps, transit centres, distribution points, and the river port. The feedback covered humanitarian assistance, food security and livelihoods, nutrition, health, protection, WASH, SNFIs, and CCCM, highlighting concerns such as insufficient food rations, delayed cash distributions, grinding costs for maize, missing names on food cards, medicine shortages, lack of diagnostic equipment, malnutrition treatment needs, insecurity during boat travel, theft, and poor WASH conditions. At the same time, communities expressed gratitude for partner support, including food and cash distributions by WFP and Plan International, nutrition services by IMC, hygiene and environmental support by World Vision and Solidarités, and safe transport and shelter assistance by IOM.
